Amy is a licensed clinical social worker in Evanston, IL specializing in anxiety, depression, workplace stress, relationship issues, grief, trauma recovery, chronic illness and life transitions.
Her approach focuses on the importance of healing the mind, body, and spirit. Amy has extensive training in mindfulness and resiliency training. She incorporates a cognitive behavioral approach in
helping clients heal from toxic relationships, develop self-esteem, and set boundaries with others. Amy also helps clients build on their strengths, release negative beliefs, and develop healthy coping skills.
Amy received her Master’s in Social Work degree from Loyola University in
